The new ICE direct links on weekends make this possible and connect Hamburg, the city of 1.8 million, with the ski resort Kitzbühel. On Saturdays there is a direct ICE between Munich and the region around the Kitzbühel Alps.
The ICE-units with 7 carriages and a length of 185 m provide 359 seats. The ICE trains feature Wi-Fi, info displays for on-board information, electronic reservation display as well as sockets by the seats.
The new connections are thus ideal for travelling to the top-destination of Kitzbühel and a holiday in the Schweizerhof.
